Domain with negative SEO anchors

Found a good domain. The problem is I think it is getting negative SEO from 2022 onwards so they use pr0n keywords to link back to the site and even worse CP keywords. My question is this salvageable or do I leave it alone? The website is clean just anchors are bad.

how much anchor ratio is bad of the total anchors? If it's over 5% I'd say ditch it, if it's less than 5% it might warrant more attention. It also depends on whether google have already flagged / blacklisted the domain as garbage, but unfortunately I don't know how to check this, but if it's flagged there's no bringing it back so yeah...
