YOu need to share the insight of website and other analytics and stats .

well, the names are good but evaluating based on your niche and target audience can refine their potential value..share more infos to help you

Do you own these domains?

You should do any valuation "research" prior to owning the domain(s).

If you own them and are asking this question, start building them up as independent businesses, at the same time shop for competitors who may be willing to purchase them. They will have more value if they are currently generating value.

Do they have any metric? Or they are just names?

WePlayBaseball.com Estimated Value $1,372
PlaceStorage.com Estimated Value $1,945
NegotiationSoftware.com Estimated Value $1,550

Note: For Domaining we can't make decision based only on the Tools estimator, but also on DA, Domain Metrics, SEO like does it used 301 before,,, the Entire History of the domain,,, etc.

And the most important is to find the potential client who is really value the domain name.

godaddy appraisal tool is not accurate it estimates any domain above 1000$ usually when you want to value a domain you should take a look at SEO metrics or the amount of extensions it is registered in to get an idea of the demand on the domain!

If those domains could be sold for those prices, everyone in this forum would be millionaire

@Yupwork seven years into domaining broski it has been my main source of income i think i know a bit more about it than you do i have yet to encounter a reseller or an end-user that takes the joke that we call godaddy appraisal seriously i have sold domains for thousands that are appraised in the low 1xxx$ range and struggled to sell domains for anything that are valued at 12000$ on godaddy.

"Please read my note carefully : For Domaining we can't make decision based only on the Tools estimator,""
considering what you said what was the purpose of mentioning the appraisals then ? it is just misleading for a new seller for you to mention the random number generator aka godaddy appraisal!

i would say godaddy would appraise based on the search volume of the keywords no matter there order and the extension
which makes no sense what so ever i seen three word.com that don't go together appraised in the mid xxxx$ when in reality you wouldn't even pay registration fee for it

TLDR: godaddy appraisal is a random number generator!
best of luck to op and to you

Wow, and you don't know that GoDaddy estimates Les than 1000$.

Maaaan you don't even know the basics, and for Domaining I'm not think but I'm sure that I know better than you, and made deal than you, I'm talking from fact and information that I experienced not like you

How Can I believe someone don't even knows the basics, when I said something or share an advice I like to approve it to help other "OP" to the right way, like I did with you "Screenshot of tool to correct you" and welcome

considering what you said what was the purpose of mentioning the appraisals then ?
because the tools is public and everyone can use it, not like my background or my experience tips that can be different and built from experience and tips

it is just misleading for a new seller for you to mention the random number generator aka godaddy appraisal!
Again wrong I was before you, "not only form but industry, and I shared informations that I'm sure about,

So today you learn new information that GoDaddy tool can estimates Les than 1000$ and less than 100$
Congratulation to you.

best of luck to op and to you
You too
