Domain usage ideas

Hello, i recently bought the domain name "mouse.click" i had pre registered it among others, and 2 days now i am the owner. Do you have any ideas of what is the better usage for this domain, what will give me the better result, a niche site with advertises or something else.

Put a site on it with some content, generate traffic for a few months, then sell it on flippa, an idiot will buy it...

Make an application which allow user to click on mouse button more than 100 times in 10 seconds or something, I remember I used to play the type of applications in fb few years back.
