Domain Transfer Issues.

I want to transfer my domain, my domain is on GoDaddy, and I want to transfer it to cheapnames. I want to transfer it completely so it does not remain the property of GoDaddy anymore and becomes cheapnames property. Kindly let me know about an easy solution that makes this transfer easy and fast.
