Domain Suspended

Hello ,
I have dot site domain name that register with NameCheap ,and it has been only 2 days since I register this domain .I contact them and they told me to contact Radix registry because my domain is in serverhold. I send an email to Radix and i'm witting for there respond.
Anyone counter the same problem and how did you solve it ?
I was thinking dot site doesn't have a lot of restriction because i saw some gaming cracked website used it and it was really cheap in Namecheap

The Whois gives me that
Domain Status: serverTransferProhibited
Domain Status: serverHold
Domain Status: clientTransferProhibited

We have the chengdu, china domain registered on that website and WHois is not there.

I checked SURBL and they blacklisted my website . I don't really care about the domain because i have already bought ru extension domain . Dose ru follow the same shitty rules ?
