Domain suspended European owner

Hi, it's me again. I got rid of the "trademark"videos paid domain (I took it down myself), and switched to a free domain to test. I only put embed video links, no hosting on the website (footer).
It was taken down after three days. What can I do? I can't change domain every three days. Would apaid non trademarked domain last longer?
The copyright owner is european, not american.

Best suggestion............. stay away from copyrighted material. Not sure what your niche is but it sounds like your spending a lot of time and effort on something that's not working?

Not sure what exactly your site is but yes trademarked domain (or even trademark in the sub of your free domain) will get it taken right away 100% of the time if they want to (which obviously they do). Copyrighted content, especially depending on your host, your DMCA process and responsiveness and the company you're stealing from will get you taken down quickly as well.

But as to your original question a paid domain with no trademarks in it, on the right host - one that will ignore DMCA requests or give you room if you respond to individual DMCAs and take down specific content when requests is your best route.
