Domain Suspend because of tech support scam

Hello Friends

Recently my domain has been suspended and the reason has been told me that the domain in involved in tech support scam.
I am unable to rectify which content relates to tech support scam.
I am targeting US Emalil service providers like comcast, verizon etc. I have used logos from those brand and using disclaimer for that.
So is there any way to find why domain has been treated as it is involved in tech support scam.

Did you get permission from Comcast or Verizon to use their logos and/or brand? And what do you mean your using a disclaimer?
 
Not i didn't ask for any permission, there are lot of websites who are using same logos. Disclaimer means, i mentioned that The templates, brands, names, images, trademarks, products, services and graphics used on our website are for reference and user information only. Any use of Trademarks, Brands, Products and Services is referential and we have no affiliation with any of third-party companies unless such relationship is expressly specified.

You might be getting flagged for using copyright brands on your website. Just because other people are doing it doesn't make it legal (they might also have permission from Comcast or Verizon). If they are the actual logos of Verizon and/or Comcast and you do not have permission from them you cannot use them.

I'm pretty sure that even with a disclaimer you still wouldn't legally be allowed to use their logos or brand.

Ok, if i will remove logos from the website and it should be up and running again without any problem.
Actually, website was up and running from the last 2 months and last week i was planing to increase the ranking by seo. So i have start learning about On page seo and i adding meta keywords, description and robot tag. When i uploaded the website again, same night domain got suspended.

Let me Share, i want to generate SEO calls using that website from US based customers, so the only thing that i can think of is just to increase ranking on the search engine. so that they find the contact number to contact. You all here all master mind, i am sure you guys can help to understand if there is any other way to generate calls using SEO. US Customers need to spend a lot of time or wait to get their queries sorted out, i want to provide them a direct way so that they can save their time.
Even i am not aware of, from where US customers look for the contact number if they need any help. Whether they search every time or find number from Forums or from Yellow or white pages. If i get some clue about it, that we will be very helpful for me.

Yes, right now i have deleted the whole website, so just figuring out what all content i need to remove?

I am not an expert on ranking anything in the SEO world, I am just speaking from a legal standpoint.

What are you trying to accomplish with your domain? E.g. are you selling a service to people?
 
Yes, like if any customer is facing any problem related to Email and Email Clients then he/she will call us, so that we can generate some revenue.
So the only way i can think is Seo.

Okay, so you are pretty much offering technical support for people using services such as Verizon and Comcast, and you do not work for them or have their permission to help their clients on behalf of them. Are you charging them for this service?
 
Yes, but everything will be clear that we are independent service provider and not affiliated with any brand.Customer needs to wait for a long time to get their problem resolved. I want to make it much more easier for them and charges will be too low as buying cup of coffies
 
"Tech support scam" is what you're doing if you're using verizon & comcast logos, if you're independent you would use your company logo, adding a little background text about your company/services/etc..
From what you said earlier it looks like a scam, i mean, a person using comcast & verizon logo to help comcast & verizon clients pretty strange to be honest.

Do you have any idea how US based customers find technical support phone numbers for PC support, Email support or printer support?

They probably use some search engine (google, bing, yahoo) or call a local computer store. You might want to research & find out what keywords US customers search. That's about as much as help as I can provide. Good Luck.
 
Is there any way to find copyright text, images which needs to be removed from the website so that my domain will not suspend again?
 
Will it tell me everything which needs to be removed from the website?
