Domain Sales Template

Hi! I'm looking for a template that I can use on my website for posting my domain names for sale. Ideally it would be able to fetch domain metrics and search volumes for related keywords. Am I explaining this correctly? I found a couple websites online that let you list your damin names with them on their template but would rather have my own.

You aim is to send a message that domain name is for sale.
I believe some blank text message will be enough for real buyer.
