domain rules

Hi,

I am a little confused out here. I know for sure that when a person buys a domain name he cannot transfer or free push that domain to any other person for 60 days.

But my question is does this same 60 day rule applies for transferring the domain from one hosting company to another?

For example: If i buy a domain from godaddy marketplace now, can i transfer it to namecheap after buying it?

And my second question is - does buying aged domains (more than 2 years) decreases the chance of it landing up in Google sandbox? I heard only new websites gets into google sandbox.

Can anybody help me with these little questions?

u can sell the domain to someone else within the same host by changing owner info. (aka push)

You cannot transfer your domain to a new registrar within that 60 day period it has to stay where it is for the next 60 days. And any site can get sandboxed for all sorts of reasons. Also worth mentioning if you do transfer your domain after the 60 days it will probably cost you a one year renewal.
