Domain registration that ignore court orders

hello i own a site wich selling replica products and i got my domain taken by the brand mom ( with the court order )
for new domain registration if is possible to be registered with someone or somehow to ignore court orders , i don t want to lose my domain again , anyone knows about it ? how to do ?

TLD's have jurisdiction of specific country that it's for. So just choose some country that doesn't care about such claims.

unfortunately with a valid court order nothing will prevent them from taking down your domain, are you sure they did it using a court order?

Just use a TLD that's not apart of ICAAN, your domain shouldn't be seized for any reason using these domains. Also use a offshore domain name registrar like njal.la or something

for example: .to .ru .is

as they said yes here this is the message that i got from godaddy :

You guys do realise that domains are provided by ICANN, which is registered in US, right?

Not all TLDs are sold by ICANN, take the .TO TLD for example, ICANN doesnt give it out, nor do they have any say in it

Just use a partial match domain, similar to the brand, but not the BRAND itself.

Say aple.com for apple stuff. or like "TheApleShop.com" etc. (Note the misspelling of aple)

Njal.la will do it for you, they don't protect criminals. They protect who deserves to be protected, that is the way how they work.

Avoid .com, .net (if you want to use some of this, is better going to .org than .com and .net)

Domains: .to, .ru, .su, .is, .sc, .co, .cr, .se is the best you can choose.

lol totally worth the privacy IMO

They have had some customer support issues in the past. But they are a really good private domain company.
