Domain Registration Please Help!

Hey BHW lets say there is a movie called maze just an example and then i type in the search box w**.maze.com to see if thats a register domain name but then when i type it in it redirect me to another name with maze at the end dose that mean maze.c0m is register and if it not and i register it would they make a lawsuit against me?? please help because i got this real kool name i want to use to build a new social networking site like myspace but with a new concept and a twist

Yes, it has been registered.

Somebody registered the domain name and is forwarding it to the other domain.

There are all kinds of places to check if it is registered. When you check at any domain register it will give you the details, or use better**whois.com

I'm sure others will give you more places to check.

If you come up with a cool name be prepared to register it on the spot. Don't be surprised if it's gone next time you come back.
