    Hey guys need some help!

When registering a domain, does it make a difference if I register it with hypertext or without?

I have a domain that has the highest TF and CF under hypertext. However, if I try to register it with hypertext it says that the domain is not available to register? But if I search under just domain without hypertext it is available. Is this the same thing? I am using namecheap by the way. I don't want to register it if I am only going to get the metrics of the domain without hypertext because there are not as high as the hypertext.

    Thank you!

You only register the section of the domain after http://www. The issue of "with www. or just http://" is not related to the initial registering of a domain, and arguably not applicable to most things these days (search engines, for example, mostly automatically associate the two together).

www is a subdomain just like any other. Register the domain as it is, www is not part of a domain.

Don't use www or http when looking for domains. Just use names without spaces.

www and http are optional or i say industry standard, your domain come only with it name with the extension only.

And for the record, go HTTPS over HTTP when you launch.

Have you seen a difference using https on non-ecommerce sites?
