Domain registrars that don't accept DMCA

I see many websites on web doing black hat activities and they are not getting any issues like DMCA or anything, how come? For example, festingervault.com or babiato.co are some of such websites, why are anyone not able to get it to shut down?

Is there any domain registrar which is a better choice for these type of websites?

its more the hosting server you need dmca ignoring rather than the domain registrar.

you would have to be thepiratebay to have any kind of potential domain problems for dmca.

EPIK was once famous for refusing to shut down hosting providers for hate speech and such maybe try them

Probably OP wants to use a trademark in his domain name.....in this case you will not find a tier 1 registrar that will protect you from a complaint from the trademark owner....maybe Pakistan, irak, Iran, Syria TLDs.

I don't think Festingervault is doing blackhat. I saw a thread a while ago where he explained that all WordPress themes are built under the open source license on which WordPress itself is built. I did a quick research and found that to be true.

The license is the GPL license. In a nutshell, all php codes built on WordPress including theme and plugins are built/published on the open source license hence they can be redistributed.

No wonder he hasn't been sued. The same way you have Android OS on tons of phones and the manufacturers don't get sued for that.

It's not Blackhack it's just taking full advantage of the law which is a smart thing to do.

Now, it is a contentious topic almost like web scraping. Recently a court in the US rule web scraping to be legal and fine, you can find a thread on that if you do a little bit of searching.

check out sites that come in this search result "brazzers full videos" .. hostings for these websites ignore DMCA requests

Namesilo and Namecheap do not accept DMCA. They direct complainant to the hosting provider.
In Asia, you can try Shinjiru, The-Online.com, and Ourdomain.com (HK) or even todaynic who do not accept DMCA, I mean they do not take any actions and just forward it to domain owner. It's up to the domain owner to respond or discard the DMCA. So you can them DMCA ignored domain registrars.

P.S. Njalla. They'll just suspend your domain.
