Domain registrar with free privacy?

Namecheap all the way. They have live supports + really good and reputable company. Even though godaddy give me free 100 domain I won't take it cause they are sucks

Go with internet.bs. They are one of the cheapest registrars I have found and that's without even needing any coupons. Their prices are just low. I think .nets are $6.99 and .com/.orgs are $7.49 or somewhere around there.

Plus you get free lifetime whois protection, not just a year like with some others.

are there any coupons right now for namecheap to pay less than 9.99?

netfirms - domains for 4.95$ and free domain privacy.

Just search google "cheap domain names" and look for netfirms.

Regards

I use namecheap myself, FREE with new domain purchase

Yep, namecheap is the only one I have seen with free WHOIS protection... the downside is that it is only for the first year. Still, it's a good deal especially for throw-away domains that you wouldn't be keeping more than a year anyways.

Why does everyone keep recommending other services when godaddy is $7.69 / domain per year with the domain club?!?! I just cannot understand people paying $1-2 more per year per domain. It adds up when you have a few hundred domains!

Because:

A) GoDaddy sucks.

and

B) Their whois privacy is not free.

Because there are others that are way cheaper than godaddy, have an open mind dude. Godaddy charge 9.99$ for private whois... While internetbs charge give it for free and it is 7.99$ for .c()m

Godaddy is just a rip off.

The only thing i hate about godaddy is how long it takes to checkout with a domain. Otherwise I am paying $7.69 each and I could care less about privacy.

xtrorbit - free privacy

I use them cause they give a discount with moneybookers.

I think you always have to pay for privacy, I use enom and godaddy and at both registrars you have to pay...

Any more thoughts on this one? I'm still with Godaddy but open to any / all logical explanations as to why one should switch.

Name DOT com
Definately, intuitive dashboard, Free Whois for years to come (unanounced when they will end, but they probably won't, as it is a great selling point). Easy to find coupons as well.
