Domain Registrar for Blackhat SEO

First of all, - for the record, I have a read all prior postings

Internet.BS which many recommend, as Black-hat friendly, recently "locked" 5-6 of my domains.
I was blasting the hell out of these domains with Xrumer + Scrapebox and 301 redirecting them, no email marketing was done at all. Period. Not my niche.

I thought Internet.bs was friendly for this? But I guess not.

Can you guys recommend a registrar who doesn't care about Xrumer or Scrapebox SEO spam?

Well what is the official reason they or ICANN sent to you for having the domains locked? It could be for content rather than SEO methods.

Na, they are blank domains used for 301 redirecting

It's due to the SEO, pretty much blasting the hell out of them with XR + SB
