Age of a domain in itself is a goodwill factor which increases the value of a domain (website) (ofcourse some other factors also matter along with it). Hence, I suggest, do not sell the domain. Use it again for your pharmacy niche or if incase possible some other medical, health related niches.

That age isnt useful at all, if it has relevant backlinks build content that are relevant to said links.
