The only one that I currently know that is 100% safe from LegitScript is: CnDomainSite (I am not allowed to post the URL but you can find them in google)
Their support advised me that they contacted ICANN and ICANN advised them that they are not required to comply with legitscript compliments, they also offer free Whois protection.
