I found a very good domain to registar but it is not very common ltd and also a country ltd,I want rank one website in Uk

It has a lot of great links(no spam)

it ll cost around $85,should i buy to add to my pbn?

Probably worth the price, but not for ranking #1 in the UK, if that's what you're trying to do.

If nobody else is taking it and the metrics are solid, backlinks are not bad, then buy it and add into your PBN.

First you can buy before other registered and then you can do anything as per your wish. It have good SEO metrics for $85. Don't miss it.

Yes.

You can totally rank in english search engines like .com, co.uk, .ca etc with foregin TLDs.

I'm ranking US roofers with African and Netherlands TLDs. Go figure...

"No spam" doesn't always mean "no spam". It can very well be penalized even without spammy backlinks. If you want, I can take a look at it, to make sure you are not throwing your money away.
