I know I ask a lot of ques but I am asking this one as I didn't found the solution of this one.

Suppose I have a domain1.com and I have added 30+ articles on that. But, then I thought of using another domain but the same content. I do not want 301 redirect as my old dom may be penalized. Can I use the content of old domain on the new domain? How will I tell Google that I am changing the domain so that google may not think that I am using a duplicate content? Little confused.

Thanks

Take the old site off of the internet, wait for it to deindex in the main index and supplemental index, launch the new site with the old content. Done.

Step 1: Save your articles
Step 2: Take down the old site from the web
Step 3: Republish the articles on the new site.

The only place you may have issue is when the articles have been syndicated by other webmasters.
Meaning, you will be forfeiting the credit you should have for initially publishing a new original content.

I would also want to check if any of the articles have been published by other webmasters by
simply pasting a paragraph of each content and examining the result, you will know if it exist somewhere on the net.

The content you had on your previous website might be already in some other places so probably you will have to wait a little bit before re posting it on your new site. You don't want to confuse Google's crawlers and take you for a fraud in any way because then you will have trouble with your new website all the time, it will not rank well, nor index.
