I want to setup a business services directory for an area in the USA.

As an example if NorthCarolina.com was available (which it isnt) this would rank higher than nthcarolina.com or ncusa.com in g00gle

So what would be better alternatives without making the domain too long to rememeber, that would still help the ranking for the words North Carolina.

    Any help appreciated

    NorthCarolinaSite
    NorthCarolinaBlog
    NorthCarolinaShop
    NorthCarolinaInfo
    NorthCarolinaSevices
    North-Carolina
    North-Carolina-Site
    North-Carolina-Blog
    ...

How easy it is to remember depends on the words that make up your domain. They have to be well-connected and not awkward in combination.
