Can someone please write up a brief guide on domain purchase pricing. For exmaple, what should one expect to pay for a PR3 domain with a DA of 50 and PA of 10, or a PR5 domain with a DA of 70 and a PA of 50?

I'm guessing that purchase now prices would be inflated. I'm interested in what to pay for auctioned domains.

There are lots of factors while considering the price. If its a legit domain with great links then a PR 3 and DA 50 go upto $300 too in auctions.

PR 5, DA to 50 to 70's with great links can sell for $500 to even $800 sometimes. That's what these domains sell for in auctions.
