I have found pinterestforums.com for backorder, is that domain will worth for pinterest discussion boards?

You might get hit with a Cease & Desist order.
I would probably be safe in guessing that Pinterest
is a trademarked name, and like Google, you can't
have a Domain Name with that word in it.

There's no way in hell that domain is worth a mil.

You'll most likely find out it's worth the $10 Pinterest pays you when they force you to transfer it to them.
 
Assuming that Pinterest is trademarked, you're putting yourself up for litigation risk by owning a trademarked domain, regardless of how you use it.
