Domain PBN worthiness?

Hi.. I found this domain: laprise (O-R-G)

Would this be good for PBN? I see it has even a Wikipedia link but is it worth anything because some anchor text are chinese spam?

If it has spam then ignore, for sure.

Wikipedia link doesn't really make a huge difference, it is better to drop domains that have Chinese anchors. Chances are they are heavily spammed
