domain parking / landing page script

I have quite a few domains that are just registered with no website live on them.
Just wondering what is the best way to make use of them.

Are there any scripts out there that can display a parking page and some sort of customized advertising?

The best option would be to use a wordpress theme for your website, it is easy to set up.

But I was wondering about the best way to monetize them - ie any tips on running ads on pages that dont really have any content etc?

Thought there might be a parking theme/plugin for wordpress or something.

If you really wanted to park you could look into DomainApps - Unlike Sedo and some of the others, they will let you customize the parked pages with themes, articles, links..etc. There are also some other parking companies like Bodis which may let you do the same.
