Domain on sedo just exploded with traffic!?

Sry for caos-writing. Almost cant keep my eyes open =)

Its so weird. Have a big portfolio with domains, avg like 100 ´views a day. Pretty spread. Now all of a sudden i have 8k in 2 days? 2.5k first day and today I'm up at 8k+.

I recently lowered my price to $199 on most of my decent domains just to see if i would get a sale. Just kept a few really good ones high.

So how come i have this boom in traffic? And should i increase the price again? It feels weird to sell a domain with that traffic (i know it could be temporary) so cheap. But at the same time, how can it have that traffic but with absolutely zero sales?

And one more thing if you dont mind! 2.5k views a day. What would that be worth per day? The sedo pay is almost nothing.

I'm really dumbfounded with this one :/

Im very new with the domain business btw

From US. And its .us domains with the traffic.

Does the price have a lot to do with bringing uniques?

Might just be bot traffic, thats worthless.

Are they put off by the low price, or by the TLD? I assume its not because of a bad domain name (cuz of the traffic with 57% CTR).

What do you guys think?

Fair enough. But why would i get this buttload of traffic from bots for no reason? How could this happen? Please enlighten me (and no, im not sarcastic )
