Domain names ?

Is there any known issues with using a hyphen in the domain like.... airconditioning-miami (dot) com ?

You can read a lot of pros and cons about that, but I have used a hyphen and even multiple hyphens and have ranked higher for the hyphenated longtail keyword phrase than people who have not used one for the same phrase. Although, I try to avoid them if I can, especially if I want to sell the site in a short period of time. In your case I would use it.
