I have domain name with wordfacebook in it
I dont want facebook acquire it on trademakr grounds

any offshore registrar is there which can put domain under them

There are many non US registrars offering privacy, you can open an account with any registrar. Are you making a lot of money with the domain name?

privacy would not affect as fb can anytime acquire it
no not much money
