Its a brand and a company name.so that will be a issueIt depends. If the domain is for your own SEO use, it doesn't matter.
If you are building/branding the domain into a money site and/or if you ever plan on reselling the domain/site, avoid hyphens at all costs.

Yep. No one ever remembers a hyphenated domain correctly. They will remember the non-hyphenated version.
Get creative and come up with something that works for you by switching up the brand (see Brandbucket - com for some creative ideas) or adding a short word to it.
Keep the domain short, memorable, have it pass the radio test, and by all means, please don't shoot yourself in the foot by going to .net or .org.
Good luck.
I would try to avoid complicating it with symbols.
There is a reason why buying simple and short domain names is so expensive. You can counter the issue with the SEO behind it, but why not start without this issue?
forget about SEO, people dont like sympol in the domain.
I don't think it's a good idea.
