Domain name suspended from godaddy, any solutions?

Yes. I have had several domains suspended in the past and only has ever gotten out of serverHold status that too because it was my registrar who fucked up and nothing related to legal.

As I mentioned above, that link includes relevant links to other sites and resources which will help you resolve this matter.

The caveat to all of these resolutions is that if you are truly doing something nefarious there is little recourse once their wheels are in motion. I suppose you could file with ICANN or their equivalent for your TLD.
