Hello all!

I am new here and a complete noob to the affiliate marketing world. I am creating an email campaign and need a website but have no idea what to name it. I have never done anything like this before so I really do not know where to start with the name. Would I name it something similar to the offers I would be promoting or...something completely different? I just have no idea. All input is much appreciated. Thank you all.

P.S. - Sorry if this is a stupid question :(

Something that's related to your offer as well as brandable. People must come to know what your website is about by its domain name itself.

It all depends what your end goal is. However your best bet is to use a name that relates to the search term your affiliates will be targeting. Do not use product or affilliant name within the url as that can lead to trouble. Just find a long tail keyword that your site will be geared towards. For example if your promoting a seo program you would do something like thebestseotool.com or topseoprograms.com etc..

Do some research on the keyword competition and see what they are using for name. Best bet is don't make up your own name like 'google'.

Hope that helps.

Name it something related to the content in your emails that you are promoting. If the content catches their eye then the domain would be great to pertain to the content.

Pick a dotcom domain name that sticks in peoples heads.no need to think about keywords in domains .Make a brand and Stand out from the crowd.

I guess it depends on what your doing. for example if your doing an amazon affiliate site i would go with a brand-able type name because anything that relates to amazon can make people think why click that link when i can go directly to amazon. but if your going to be an affiliate for a particular product ( example the selfie stick) then i would go with a version of selfiestick.com

Thank you guys so much! I truly do appreciate all of the input. I will be promoting offers for roughly three or more different niches but I think that I get the idea of what you guys are saying.
