Domain Name Health Check?

I want to purchase domain names (and sell them).

Can you recommend how can I check how healthy they are (not used for spamming, not banned from google etc. everything that will decrease the value).

check previous history of website (If have)
check backlink history
spam score if have and many things before buy expired domain

Check history on different tools available in market

I'll use ahrefs site explorer to check the backlink history and other stuff. This is usually enough to tell you if you should skip a domain or not. There are some big red flags like pharma/sex/essay writing links (big sign a sites been hacked). If you can spot the red flags, you know its a spammy domain.

Some domains start out looking too good to be true... having DA15-30 but then you find out the reason why nobody is claiming that domain
