Domain Name Disputed. Guide me Please

Hi Guys,


Few years before i registered a domain name for one of my services. I used a company name in the domain. Few weeks back I got an email stating that my domain name is disputed by that company. Firstly I thought its a scam mail. So i ignored it. But few days back when i logged in to my domain portal. Its showing a warning there that " This domain is Blocked due to UDRP proceeding, please contact [email protected]." And now i cannot renew it and it will be blocked within 15 days.


So is there any solutions for this issue or this domain is permanently gone? If its gone. My domain is ranking for some very good keywords. Also i have lots of clients placing orders daily. Is there any way i can still get all their emails and reply. Because its gonna take lots of time to update them with new email as most of the clients orders once in 6 months.

Is it possible if i setup a new domain and redirect this older one to new one. Will it work even after getting blocked.?

Or any other solution would be great. This is one of my good source of income. and its really gonna make some effects on my earnings.

SO any help will be much appreciated.

try to contact the company, what company is it, is it a real big brand, then you can do little, if not very big, you can dispute them and can get some good amount to leave your claim on it.

The fact that you used their name in your domain would make it quite difficult for you.

The most you could do is contact the domain registrar or email the domain owner (whoever reported you.)

After all pushes through you'd have to wait and see if anything can be done... Otherwise you lost it and would have to come up with an alternative.

This particular case seems as if you'd lose out because of authority factors against you. Try still, wait and see!

Yeah I think so too; But i wanted to know can i redirect it to new website or not possible?

Contact to the registrar and ask them that you will 301 your current domain to a new one and they might agree, Yelp only want is nobody uses their brand name in the domain and if you will run a website with a different name then it should not be a problem for them.

one of my friend was having a website with WhatsApp in the domain but later he received an email from WhatsApp group to remove the website or they will take legal action against him so he just redirected his disputed domain on a newly register domain and all the problems were solved.
