Domain name :Dash or long tail ?

    does your long tail have decent exact monthly searches?

    If you long tail is exact match search so, go for long tail.

    hey, i just used the search cause i have basically the same question.

    what is the consensus on how dashes/hyphens in the domain name affect seo?

    like keyword-tips.cum vs keywordtips.cum??

    so you guys are saying longtail is better? so if keywordtips.cum is taken its better to go with specifickeywordtips.cum than keyword-tips.cum???

    if "specific keyword tips" gets half the monthly searches than "keyword tips" does that change anything? at what point does one become clearly better than the other?

    My advice would be to just get the exact match domain and put '2k' on the end! Google ranks them well, in my opinion!
