Domain Name - Content Topics Relation

Hi everyone,

I just bought dropped domain with decent backlinks and authority but it has news keyword in the domain. If i publish articles that is not news, will I get punished by G? Or is it something to not worry about? Ps: Domain is not english.

Keywords in the domain are completely irrelevant. They do not determine a niche.

You should be more concerned about the past niche of the domain and the backlinks pointing to it.

Yeah you are right but I am an individual not apple. I thought maybe they check it more carefully when you are an individual publisher since I am not bringing millions of users like Apple

Nobody will be checking anything. Why would anyone bother? Especially in foreign market. Everything is algorithmic.

If you are going to be paranoid despite what we have told you, I would advise to drop the domain and use something else.

Also, you are paranoid about completely wrong thing and not something you could and should be paranoid about. "He who can't be advised, can also not be helped."

I am not being paranoid, I just geniunely want to know and wanted to share my though process lol
