Domain name change and what do you suggest.

alright so i am trying to help my buddy...

he has owned

his business address
since march of 2007


but as you can see never done anything with it.

only has like 4 backlinks to it as well

today i told him dude business domains is cheap and cheezy and well doesn't hold that much SEO ground.

so he bought

a commercial today

but my question is what is the right approach here?

Do we build the website put it on both domains do a major linking campaign for the business domain wait 6 months for the commercial to get out of the sandbox and do a 301 redirect? do we just deal with the commercial and wait 6 months? and do a small slow linking campaign like 20 links a day (or what is the recommended link building for a new site?).

i am just at this crossroad with what is the right approach. i will be using xrumer and scrapebox either way

use the main business domain which makes the leads means your main site
