I'm looking to buy a domain though SEDO... I've never bought a domain that was for sale before by its' owner so do you guys have any tips/advice/precautions I should take so I can get a fair deal?
Background: It has no PR, no Links in OSE, parked since 2004, 2 words and has 15 letters but it's brandable.
I'm thinking of creating a new Gmail account since I have a footprint if they Google my name. First i'll ask if it's for sell, then bring up a price, and start negotiating.
