Ya but this is 14.49$ a year instead of 36$ its cheaper by more then half and these guys have an amazing support team, I am almost 100% sure its better then blue host.

How did u pay? I suggest u file a dispute, I guess there's a good reason why http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/228787-dindox.html keeps bumping this thread like a very happy "customer", the OP also got banned, so I think its pretty clear what's going on here.
