Ofcourse Example A is good option.

-- Try to pick Short Domain name, as it's easy to remember it.

-- Try Avoid Hyphes , because if you want to run a business instead of general information blog/website then hyphen in domain might break the direct visitors.

-- Try to make Your own brand or add something before or after your main website theme.
Example
like if Website theme is Jobs then.

RapidJobs
TechJobs
todayJobs
InfoJobs

ETC..

-- Try always to get .com domains then ORG incase if .com is not available but I' always prefer .com because this is first and last option for me ;)

Short, memorable domain names are way better than one I would need 4GB to store.

From the two examples provided, I would go with it-jobs.com
