domain monetization advice

i just bought a domain generating around 90k users a month according to AHREF traffic is mostly from Egypt and other MENA region countries how should i monetize it ? the domain doesn't come with the previous website and i don't plan on restoring it since it was a porn website it has nearly 3200 keywords on google it is actively ranking on all porn related.
