domain keyword questions

hi.. newbie here

i found a high traffic site with two words in domain. if i switch the order of the words in the domain like from hello there to there hello, that exact domain is available with same extension. should i register it? i mean will there be any benefit to me as far as page ranking if i started a site on it just because the other site which is high traffic exists?

Well if you think it's a gold mine you can test it out but I wouldn't recommend it.

Could you guys explain a little better why this wouldn't be a good idea. I'm just not getting it. I'm not trying to pick your brain, but by my figuring it wouldn't be a bad idea at all. Unless if you reverse it the domain name makes no sense at all. If you made it into the to 2-3 on the first page, you would be getting some decent revenue would you not?

thats what i thought
in fact it is a two word phrase and adwords showed
the searched results the same in both orders

word1 word2 300k searches
word2 word1 300k searches

The exact domain name match does help but if you have a good SEO thing going for you then it doesn't seem to make any difference. Have you checked the amount of traffic coming to your site and how much difference there is between the 2? SEO makes all the difference and ranking for the exact domain only matters when users enter the exact keywords.
