If you're getting traffic from anywhere else but India - then let the site be as it is.
Since it is movie sharing, you cannot do anything about it except buy a new domain and start afresh.
If your site is popular, try buying a domain with the same name but a different TLD and 301 it to the old site at the root level. This will ensure
newdomain.club/movies/movie-name redirects to olddomain.com/movies/movie-name
Then make it known across all your traffic sources.
You cannot do anything at the domain level - 301 redirects to new domain etc. won't work since the blocking happens at ISP level. So the visitor is never even reaching your server for your redirection to trigger, before being sent to the DoT blocking page.

go get a offsure host , know run your business use fake info for domain registration same place as off sure server sits...
only access with vps from home .
301 domain to new domain on the off sure server ....
done .
the only way you can not do this , if you ant allowed to access the domain register to 301 the domain to the new one .
but i dont think that a problam at all .
i dont see no issue with any domain provider not letting you point the domain away to a 301 setting or redirect to a diffrent domain.
what i dont understand why you never used offsure from beginning to protrct your own arse anyway ...
