Hello, so I created a website, but still didn't get a domain+hosting...
I would like to test my website for 1 month to see if I will actually earn anything from it... otherwise I'd rather get it closed.

So my question is, what is the lowest price I could get to air my website? I checked Hostgator and GoDaddy and the average is 15$. (After using many coupons)

My friend's company offered me 50$ for the domain+hosting with everything unlimited for the whole year! Which is very cheap.

I'm really new in this, so I would like to hear from you.

Would appreciate any helper!

Thanks!

if you think it will not work, you're right. if you think it will work, you're also right.

think about it!

it could cost you less than $ 5 on both namecheap and godaddy , look in the forums carefully you will find the coupons .
And 1 month is too less to know whether you can make money

I appreciate you know Henry Ford's quotes and sayings but instead you could just help the guy out and give him a good advice.

@Fadi946: $50 for a whole week is quite expensive. If you want to test the site for 1 month you can try free hosting . As 1 month its not really enough to see if a website is profitabile or not, you can try basic package from StableHost . At checkout you can use a the coupon code SPECIAL40 . You will get 40% off the price and for 6 month BASIC hosting you pay $14 which is very cheap. As for the domain name, you can check this link to get a $0.99 Godaddy name. If you have any more questions post here. Good luck

Try burst.net
They have monthly VPS servers. I would like to thank innomezec for the link :)

I highly doubt a good business can be get to running for under a month, so you can't really judge if your site is worth or not for just a month

Your "Friend" is not offering what's best for you.
I believe you just need a normal website, no need for VPS or such.

Domain : $7.99/year (Can get it for $3-$4 if there are some coupons running)
Hosting:
Hostgator
iPage
Bluehost etc

It should not cost you more tahn $7/mo for hosting for your requirements.

Hostgator has the best hosting I've used, but they require your passport copy to verify.

Don't judge your website by the first month's performance. Some websites take months before earning.

Thanks guys!
I miss-typed "week" with "year".. 50$ for the whole week and everything unlimited!

The purpose of my website is CPA leads.. I want to see if I will succeed getting traffic and actually get paid from content lockomg.

@RokeBono Thanks so much, I will check everything you mentioned right now :)

$50 for a year it's a quite nice price but I think it's still cheaper with stablehost if you pay for 1 year and use the coupon code. I've been mentioning about them because I have used them for the past months and never had any problem.
CPA and content locking it's a quite tough field especially in the beginning when you're a complete newbie so don't expect to pay your bills from the first month. You'll have to work a little and even if you fail don't give up, you'll make it somehow. Probably not all your websites will be a success straight from the beginning so maybe you'll have to make more sites or just some kind of "review type" site with multiple niches or multiple products from a niche ( i.e gaming ). Whatever you'll do, good luck buddy ;)

i can offer $25 for the whole year hosting + domain name as well

You will have own control panel to manage the files and database

why don't u use a subdomain and free hosting to test i always use them look at omghost.org

@adriot - That sounds nice, but can I have more details please? and for the other guys, can I trust an unknown host/domain provider like adriot? ^^ or should I just stick to the famous hosters and sleep without worries?
@blackhaterz I just entered omghost.org and it looks so cheap, I mean the website itself looks so bad with bad grammar, but I will give it a try anyway.

Thanks guys!

Hey, I don't want to create a new thread, but I have a question about the Disk Space!
My website will contain a lot of embed videos (Online TV Shows), so do I need an unlimited Disk Space? Or 100GB is enough?
I'm not sure if its relevant or not. Anyone?
Thanks!
