Hey,

I recently bougt a domain name from this website because it was cheap.
But now when I was about to change the nameservers they want to charge a monthly fee for having the nameservers changed.

So I was wondering if anyone can recommend some host?
Can't use namecheap since they can't transfer the ccTLD.

Thanks

You mean you're looking for a hosting service? Any average hoster such as Bluehost or Hostgator would do. You can also try setting a reverse proxy on your current server and host your files elsewhere. This way you can save money on changing the nameservers, though I am not 100% sure if your current hoster would allow such a setting.

I have a host, I meant a good domain registrar :)

What do you mean by "good"? They all let you register domains, the prices are mostly the same. Don't fall for $0.99/year offers though - they gonna screw you by charging $15 or so the next year after that (they all do that:)
