Do domain hacks offer any seo benefit? Domain hacks are domains such as call.me del.icio.us appsolut.ly blo.gs and etc


So if i was targeting KEYWORD my domain hack would be KEYWO.RD

I saw one site fo.am I think. I never thought thats domain hack. Thats new to me.

Name hacks might offer a *slight* SEO benefit since they are easier to parse.

The main benefit they offer is the human element - they are easier to remember, make viral, etc.

IMO DOmain hacks are fail.

Twitter was Stat.us before. Did it work? Not at all, its why they changed their domain name.

I think domain hacks work better for two words. Such as who.is (google who is and look at the top results...)
