Domain Grab Values

I've been interested in multiple ways of making money online for awhile now. I really didn't know where to post this at in the Forums, so if it can be transferred to the proper forum, that would be great.

Anyway, one of my ideas was the .xxx domain grab. Is this a good idea in any form?

For instance, the domain Sarah-Palin.xxx is available for $99.99 a year. Now, legally I don't know if this could be considered for extortion.

Mitt-Romney.xxx, Newt-Gingrich.xxx, and Sarah-Palin.xxx are all available.

Would these domains ever have value?

At most, I would say they are worth probably in the range of $xxx

The domain game is a very profitable, but tough game.
Only way I can think off, where you could make money by registering NEW domains is, to think of things/events that may happen in the future in a few years.
