Domain Forwarding by Geo Blocking

Hello BHW,
i got a short question about cloaking.

I want to create a Domain, which is blocking specific countrys.

For example:

I blocked the US — someone from the US clicks the link and gets forwarded to another Website. But if someone from Spain clicks on the link, he will get to the right destination website.

Do anyone know any Softwares that can do such a thing? (Geoblocking & Forwarding by Domain)

Of course a helpful answer gets rewarded! Thank you.

You can use any cloaked for that.

Do you have any example Cloaker?
