Whats the best way to go about it?
I don't want to sign up with those big name domain seller agents

It is not allowed to sell in BHW outside BST. You can do that in DigitalPoint Marketplace. Good luck.

You can have it listed in domainkaforum for free, visit the site and view other domain names listed on the site so you'll have an idea on how to do it.

Try registering on some domain name forums or use google to find your potential buyers. If your domains are on namecheap, then you can list them totally free on namecheap marketplace.

How exactly to search on Google for buyers? I have a couple of domains I'm having trouble selling.

The best way is to put them on a domain selling platform, i am sure you will get good responses.
