1. Buy "relevant and quality domains that have expired"
2. Look for similar businesses and brands that have a similar domain on Google or Bing before you finally buy any domain. [This is very important].
3. Buy expired domains with good CPC.
4. Be ready to send cold emails to prospective buyers.
5. Be ready to extract relevant leads and reach out to them.
6. Be ready to follow up until a sales happen.

1. check DA (from 15, at least)
2. domain must be at least 2 years old
3. number of backlinks from 20
4. check them for spam
5. there should also be links from sites with DA from 40
6. at least 1 page must be in the Google index
7. the site must be in the webarchive in order to restore it
