Domain Flipping question

Hi guys, i found an expired domain with da 17 pa 20, is it good to try to resell it on flippa?
If not, why?
I was checking godaddy auctions and i saw that there are domains with low da/pa , also without a brandable name, only numbers, for example

00443.com (da 16 pa 14) is now at 2605$
812666.com (da 2 pa 1) 1527$

and more, you can check a lot of examples on godaddy auctions
is there something that escapes me? i really don't understand but i wish to

Some domains with number have some high value like those two you have mentioned. Its not about their da pa or brandable

They are Chip Domain.
Do you know that there are only 99999 domains like 00443.com. And that's making it Fucking valuable. Brandable domain is like Gamble. But these Chip Domain are Liquid Domain. And there is No Relation between these Domain's DA/PA and Price.
