So, I have found a domain for a certain iphone keyword

However it's .co

I was just wondering if this will affect my ranking at all? Since I am from the UK?

Will it affect the ranking then?

Depends on whether you want to rank for the UK or not.

I believe you can Geo Target it in Webmaster Tools to remove any relation to Colombia. I could with my .me domain.

I believe it may make it more difficult to rank well in the UK but as long as your pages are in English then they should give you the opportunity to fight it out for those keywords across the world.
